DCV Live, LLC ("DCV Live", "we", "us") runs dcvlive.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
Information you give us
The only place the site asks for personal information is our inquiry form. Depending on the kind of inquiry, that can include your name, company, email address, phone number, the talent or project you're asking about, proposed dates, markets or budget, a description of your project, and any files you attach. You choose what to send us; if you'd rather not use the form, email booking@dcvlive.com directly.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and reliability. These can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request. We do not run advertising trackers, analytics profiles, or third-party marketing pixels on this site.
Cookies
We use cookies only where they're needed to make the site work:
- Preview access — while the site is password-protected, a cookie remembers that you entered the password so you aren't asked again on every page.
- Admin sign-in — staff who manage tour dates get a cookie that keeps them signed in to the admin area.
These cookies contain no personal information and are not used for advertising. Clearing your browser cookies removes them.
How we use your information
- To respond to your booking, production, talent, or general inquiry.
- To plan, negotiate, and carry out shows, tours, and events with you.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the people and companies who need it to do the work:
- Service providers that host our site and carry our email.
- Partners on your project — for example venues, promoters, ticketing companies, or talent representatives — where sharing is necessary to book or produce the show you're asking about.
- Professional advisors and authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.
Fonts and other third-party content
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Ticket links on our shows pages take you to third-party ticketing sites (such as Ticketmaster, AXS, or Etix). Once you follow one of those links, that company's own privacy policy applies — not this one.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to work with you and to keep normal business records. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we're required to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live — including California, other U.S. states with privacy laws, and the EEA or UK — you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what we've collected, to request deletion, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to the admin tools is restricted to authorized staff. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information — payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or similar — through the inquiry form.
Children
This site is meant for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here.
